My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The location was very convenient and easy to access. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, and they even provided me with choices not on the buffet. The hotel facilities were clean and relaxing, with centralised AC and 24/7 hot water.

The hotel had good quality bed linen and towels. the location of the hotel was close to the city center and main attractions. the hotel had a 24, hour check, in desk, which was convenient for late check, ins.

The room was not cleaned properly and we found a lot of dust and dirt on the furniture. We also found a few bugs crawling around.
